Special conditions: Renting conditions: - The apartments has a minimum stay of 2 nights; - “New Year” with minimum stay of 4 nights; - Remaining “holidays” and “bridges weekends” with a minimum stay of 3 nights; - In the period of 15/6 to 15/9 the rent is only weekly, with entrances on the Saturdays - It is only permitted to exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment when equipped with extra bed. Price of extra bed: 15 euros. ”Schedules”: Entrance between the 16:00 and 23:00, as maximum limit. Exit up to the 10:00 Free: Shared garage, cleaning, including change of clothes once a week (with change of towelling at the half of the week), firewood offering and bicycles for men and women. Attention! This prices are valid to the current year and can be changed without previous notice. Note: Pets are not allowed. |
